When you use the wheel made of polyurethane rubber, be sure to earth the saddle body with a dedicated earth wire. When you use the earth brush in stead of the earth wire, remove coating and rust, and be sure to clean the surface of the rail so that the earth functions well.

Main Features

  • By adoption of the double channel structure, a girder can be attached to a ship bottom or alongside the saddle freely.
  • Brake torque can be adjusted widely from 0% to 60% of the motor torque, and it is user-friendly.
  • Manufacturing time of the crane can be reduced by the centering mark for adjustment.
  • Driving side of the wheel part is with a gear cover.
  • Terminal box that makes wiring simple is included. A cushion starter can be connected easily.

THM Type

Toprun Type <Trackless> Crane Saddle

Hitachi trackless trolley is the latest model that the latest technology is applied to our experiences. Polyurethane Rubber is used for the wheels. It is silent and smooth, and thus it is suitable for a factory that is located near a residential area. Reliability of the saddle has been improved also.

HM Type Toprun Type

  • Brake torque can be adjusted widely from 0% to 60% of the motor torque, and it is user-friendly.
  • Manufacturing time of the crane can be reduced by the centering mark for adjustment.
  • Driving side of the wheel part is with a gear cover.

Main Features

features

  • Noise is reduced by approx. 10dB (A-characteristics) by the polyurethane wheel in comparison to the crane with flanged wheel.
  • As wheels run smoothly and polyurethane absorb the vibration of the hoist, vibration conducted by the building will be reduced.
  • As traveling rail is the H-beam only, and costs of the rail and manufacturing are not required, the total cost can be reduced when length of the traveling rail is more than 20 meters. (Estimation by Hitachi)

TLM Type Toprun Type

The new TLM type toprun type trackless crane saddle is a sister product of the THM type saddle that economic efficiency is pursued, and suitable for light to medium load conditions. In accordance with the trend of bigger building and heavier load, maximum wheel load 10 ton and 15 ton (made to order) classes of the trackless crane saddles are lined up. You can select the most suitable trackless trolley from a variety of models

SLM Type Suspension Type

  1. Noise is reduced by approx. 5dB because there is no noise from flanged wheels.
  2. As wheels run smoothly and polyurethane absorb the vibration of the hoist, vibration conducted by the building will be reduced by approx. 50%.
  3. The guide roller is adopted, no noise from the flanged wheels and traveling is smooth.
  4. Terminal box that makes wiring simple is included.
  5. The middle shaft part of the driving side power transmission is unitized. Dismantling and assembling during installation are easy.
  6. Manufacturing time of the crane can be reduced by the centering mark for adjustment.

Selection of Wheel Units

The wheel unit is produced based on the wheel load. Select the wheel unit by the following chart when the unit is used for long span rails more than 12 meters that exceeds the specification of the Hitachi toprun type crane saddle, a crab or a traverser, and use it with your frame. Two pairs are required when the wheel unit is used for a crane, a crab or a traverser.
